"WARNING" Not Understanding Your Marketing Plan Can Hurt!

A sad story of how not understanding a marketing plan can Hurt.

I have read and heard that it is not the companies fault, it is not the marketing plans fault, that if your not making money it is your fault. I'm not totally convinced of that, and I feel before you join any company and organization you should do your due diligence and understand how the marketing plan works and how to maximize it and exactly what it will take to hit the top levels.

Back when I was new to the network marketing industry I joined a fairly new company and they were one of the first few companies to use the binary marketing plan. I signed up about 40 reps and two of those distributors earned over six figures yearly. Great news. No ,I was new to the concept of binary at the time and both distributors were on my left side. Since binarys have a week side match my income was only a few hundred a month

I learned a very valuable lesson and I spent time really understanding marketing plans and how to set myself up for maximum profits.

I always look for plans that allow for matching bonuses that are not hard to qualify for. The last thing you want is to help someone make big money in this industry and not be rewarded for it. Plus your more than likely will have one group that does most of your volume. You don't want a plan that will take your focus and energy off that group just to qualify for the commissions.

I also like plans that are simple to understand, balanced to pay the leaders well, yet provide good income for the part time marketers. Since over 95% are part-timers.

Bottom line is this, If you are a partime networker you better have a plan that pays well upfront and doesn't have a lot of hoops to jump through to get some commisions and you should make sure their is a matching bonus in place that allows you to benefit with out a lot of qualifications.

It hurts to watch money roll by you to the company, and trust me they wont send you a thank you card.
