Watching Our Health While Doing Business

I've seen it a thousand times. Guys who are the top salesmen
in their companies and pull in millions of dollars a year,
but get ten meals a week from a drive-thru.

CEOs of multinational corporations who have their picture on
Fortune magazine but haven't walk up two flights of stairs
together in 15 years. Former amateur athleles parked in front
of the TV every night after work, while their shoes collects
dust in the closet.

It's all a part of a stange phenomenon that we men get sucked
into: sacrificing our health in our quest to acquire wealth.

You know how it goes. Things start to pick up at work. You've
got more clients to talk to, more paperwork to deal with,
more meetings to attend. So you drop the morning run or the
evening softball league.

"Hey, I've got more important things to worry about now,"
you reason, "I've got a family to take care of.

Pretty soon, you notice your pants are a little snug. But
instead of cutting out the morning donut or the lunchtime
burger, you just move up to the next size. "What's an extra
inch or two?" you say to yourself. "I don't have time to
worry about my weight. Besides, I still look pretty good for
a guy my age,.

It happens slowly, over a period of years. Then one day you
look around and realize that you've got an extra foot of
waistline on you, you arteries are clogged to capacity, and
what muscles you have left couldn't handle a jog around the
block.

Don't kid yourself. Neglecting your body doesn't do you, your
family, your finances, or your career and favors. As as matter
of fact, it hurts all of them. You can't maintain a high level
of performance in any area if your energy is low and your
internal systems are failing.

Sooner or later, something's going to give, whether it's a
sharper, faster guy stealing your big acount, or your
portfolio falling apart because your thinking has been dulled
by inertia.

And how about all of the things you've been working for? What
good is the European vacation you've dreamed of if you're too
tired to stroll those beautiful old streets?

What good is a gorgeous home if you can't chase your
grandchildren around the yard. What good is a huge retirement
fund if you die before you ever see a dime of it?

I know that's an awfuly blunt way to put it. But gentlement,
it's the truth. Every step you take and every decision you
make regarding your health is either killing you or improving
and extending your life.

The choice is yours. What I'm here to tell you is that it's
a much easier choice than you might think. Looking and
feeling great doesn't take major changes to your lifestyle.
You don't have to cut out all the foods you love. You don't
have to spend hours a day in a gym. You don't have to make a
fool of yourself or act like a man half your age.

Discover a system that enables you to make big powerful
changes in small, totally manageable steps.

You can do it absolutely anywhere, even in your office, and
the results are amazing. You'll look younger, you'll feel
younger, and you'll see positive differences in every part of
your life.

To your future!
