The Trouble in this lifestyle is that most of us consume on daily base food that is unhealthy! , And the lack of nutrients that are necessary to our body gives the signs in us: exhaustion, lake of concentration and weakness.

Not less then 50% of the oldest population in the US suffers from overweight.

Overweight problems are not only esthetics matter. even though that we'll be happy to be more thin and well-built, overweight problems make us very sensitive to heart disease, cancer, diabetes, digestive problems and many others.

It’s time to admit: most of us just don’t take care of there health- and health start from the right nutrition.

More then half of the population doesn’t consume enough nutrients.

Big part of our daily intake made up from junk food and from bars that contain what's called "plain calories" (simple carbohydrates which when digested immediately turn into sugar and don’t give the body the nutrients it needs).

 So how can we get over this problem?

Ideal breakfast is the solution, ideal breakfast that will contain the nutrients that the body need- protein, vitamins, minerals and good carbohydrates.

Creating ideal breakfast is not an easy task because many of the products that we consume (meat, chicken, and even fruits and vegetables) had few preservation processes And lost a big part of their nutrients value.

So how can we unify ideal breakfast that will give the body the energy it needs on the morning, improve the focus and will maintain our weight in the same time?
