Every top marketer knows that in order to be successful you have to build a team of leaders. In order to do that you have to be able to recognise them!
Can you recognise a leader? Can you go to your downline right now and point out those people who are going to make you a millionaire? Can you spot the ones that will leave in a month or so because they have found 'an easier, quicker way to profits'?
All leaders, all successful people share various attributes. Finding out if your downline members have those attributes can prove very valuable. And let's face it, the attributes of true leaders are pretty easy to spot.

- leaders go out of their way to help others
- leaders respond to emails, phone calls, messages...
- leaders give good advice based on what is best for you - not them
- leaders take action every day
- leaders make sure they stay on top of the work to be done
- leaders make sure they invest in themselves so they can pass on the results of their investment to you
I could go on and on, but I hope you are getting the picture.
