And the other one by taking the sole responsibility of it and working out ways on how it could be achieved.  To be able to do that, let this feeling of dis-satisfaction be channelized in to a positive force to help you identify what you seek and what is it that you need to do to be able to be achieve that.
 
Yet again, you need to have faith in yourself to be able to start working in the right direction. Derive confidence from your past achievements, from positive people around you. Even if you don’t have spectacular achievements behind you, look at people who have been successful. Replicate what they have done .
 
But be cautious, don’t try to achieve success overnight. You will end up being frustrated. Most successful people have a trail of several failures behind them, before they saw the ray of success.
 
Then how is it that they achieved success. Well, it was their never say die attitude and belief in themselves that finally took them to what they achieved. To sum up, the desire to do well, faith in oneself and following those who have already achieved success is the  foolproof blueprint of a successful individual.
