When Your Aim Is To Build Up People... The Universe Will Send People Your Direction That Are Ready To Be Built Up!

My heart is full of gratitude at this very moment.  I just got off the phone with a perfect stranger, and this is not the first time that this has happened either, and for very nearly the same purpose.

This very kind sounding lady had come across an article of mine on the internet about PERSISTENCE and found that it related to something she had an interest in, so she called me looking for answers.

And you know what?  I was very humbled at the regard she had for me and very grateful that I was able to share knowledge for her benefit, that others had shared with me when I was in need of similar information when I was looking for answers to move my business forward.

One thing led to another and the conversation turned to Mentoring For Free and Success in 10 Steps and she was curious if I made any income by mentoring folks.  I had to frankly admit that I don't make any money at all mentoring folks on how to be successful in network marketing, and that the only time I do earn an income is if THEY ASK ME what I do, and if they can go into business with me.

(...and I only talk to them about going into business with me after THEY HAVE ASKED ME and only after I've given them enough knowledge to MAKE AN EDUCATED DECISION about my business or any other business.)

I explained to my new friend that I'm totally unattached to whether I make any money or not, but that my primary aim is to help people succeed in their goals, and if I never make any income off of mentoring these folks for free I could care less, because I know that I've helped them with knowledge that will help their business and their personal development.  (But honestly, most people that plug in and stick with what they're taught, not only find greater success in attracting people to them, but they also ask about working with me...)

When I mentor folks my primary aim is to help them with WHAT THEY ASK ME TO HELP THEM WITH in their business, if I have the capacity to do so.  Mostly what they ask of me is how do I attract more people to my business so that I can create income?  It kind of starts there, but if you're primary aim is money and not people, then you never will be successful in marketing. 

Oh, you might make money, but you won't be TRULY SUCCESSFUL.

To find true success in marketing your primary aim has got to be in building up people, not in building up your business. 

When your aim is to build up people... the universe will send people your direction that are ready to be built up!  This may sound like "good vibration" stuff or a bit ethereal to some of you, but honestly, I don't care.   All I know is that it works.

To make a long story short my new friend wants to keep in touch, took down my email address for that purpose and is looking forward to the book I offered her to introduce her to much of the wealth of knowledge I discussed in our nearly 20 minute phone conversation.

What tremendous peace of mind it is to be able to know what to say and what help to offer to even perfect strangers when they call looking for answers about marketing, answers that you have and are willing to freely give without the need for any specific outcome, just a pure desire to help!
