Where Are The Health Conscious People?

Perhaps like you, I seek to enjoy my Life to the best of my ability and to do whatever I can to make this remarkable Planet a little better for my being here.

I don't intend to march in the streets, to fight 'wars on poverty', 'wars on drugs', 'wars on etc, etc, , but to put my energies into focusing on 'what's working' and what I WANT, rather than what I DON'T want.

To date, in both my military and civilian (personal and Business) life, I've observed people focusing on what they don't want, and perhaps not to your surprise, they get more of what they don't want.

It's true that movies like 'The Secret' have brought these ideas out in the open a little more, so anything I say here will be at least familiar to those who choose to visit.

My interest in personal responsibilty for health (in all its manifestations) began at about age 8, when I saw what happened to the adults in my life who ceased to be active. (Of course, at that age anyone over 30 was 'ancient' :-)

Fortunately, I enjoyed the company of some good Role Models, so that by the time I entered the Military tradition, I already had a long track record of personal discipline, so I  took to military life like a duck to water. And I have retained that discipline long after a return to civilian life.

The bemusing thing is that I have so often being described as "lucky" (and crazy :-) ) by some friends; many of whom have made the decision to cease active physical exercise; some of whom paying the 'ultimate penalty' as as result.

I consider myself to be fortunate and grateful perhaps. But not 'lucky' :-)

So perhaps we can explore these ideas? Lets open up a dialogue, and see where it leads us!

In the meantime, Be Well!

Kind regards,

                       Trevor

Where you are today in your life, is where your dominant thought

Trevor, you mention personal responsibility. That is a sorely lacking quality in the world today.

The Law of Attraction, which was made popular by the Secret, puts my results in life squarely on my own shoulders.
