Sounds like FusionExcel All Over Again

I am involved in researching and developing alternate energies, so I have seen many things which are not in the physics books, so I was open minded enough to want to test the FusionExcel product a few years ago when in Philippines, still have pendant, but given I had no health issues, never felt anything, so my curiousity still exists, and with so many people jumping on this one, makes you wonder.
