Why Are You Still Hiding Behind Your Opportunity?

I continue to be amazed at how many people hide behind their profiles on forums and social networks. If the goal is to promote your home business opportunity, why are you hiding?
Any good mentor, including Magnetic Sponsoring, specifically teaches to promote YOURSELF. How can you be promoting yourself if you are hiding behind your home business opportunity logo and name?
If you are looking for ultimate success, you are going to have to put yourself out there. People don't care about your opportunity. They care about YOU. They want to know that the home business opportunity they are joining is backed by a real person. Not only that, they want to be sure that person is a true leader and teacher.
How can you honestly do that if you are hiding?
Make the leap of faith and put yourself out there. Start the self branding process by packing your home business advertising and put out some advertising about YOU. Place a picture of yourself in a successful environment onto your profiles. Have an inviting smile on your face. Record a video of yourself enjoying the finer things in life and talk about something of value to others (Disclaimer: Please don't claim that you know how to make millions in a home business opportunity while in the background of your picture or video is a beaten up old couch, a window that's cracked and stained, or an old computer chair. I assure you, that nobody will believe you).
Place some information on your profile about why you love network marketing, or what drives you in network marketing, or even better... some tips on succeeding in network marketing. Go ahead and leave some links on your home business opportunity. If someone is intrigued enough by you, they may just click on that link to find out what you're into. Just don't outwardly promote it! Draw people in!
This is nothing new. All of this is has been talked about before, including in Magnetic Sponsoring.
So why am I still seeing home business logos and fake pictures on profiles and forums?
One word.... Fear.
Some people actually have a fear of success. Humans are creatures of habit. Most of you have probably become so comfortable in your mediocre lifestyle that you are afraid to step out of it.
You have a decision to make.... are you ready to take your home business opportunity to the next level?
Make a decision, then make things happen.

I have always been told that the definition of FEAR is:

R eal
How true that statement is, it's time to look outside the box people and great things will happen. The question that come to my mind when I see someone hiding behind their opportunity is that they are ashamed of what they are doing....if that is the case then why are you doing it if your ashamed of what you are doing. A true leader will show their business I know I wouldn't want to join someone who is hiding behind a nice capture page, to me that is not a leader. Stand up and be counted if you are proud of what you are doing if you are not then get out of whatever it is you are in cause all your doing is chasing people away not drawing them in.

Tula, You are so right. People don't care about companies and products. They join people. So network marketing is about you.
