Why is everyone so against buying MLM leads?

Here’s why. Buying MLM leads is like buying yourself a set of problems and getting a free migraine with it. Sound nice to you? I didn’t think so. So, why are these leads such a pain? There are tons of reasons that can be related to how they were obtained or what has been done to them. 

Let’s start with where the leads come from. Not all lead generating companied have the thought of your business becoming a great success in their minds, there are thinking the same thing you are, money, money and more money! It’s not wrong, we all have to be practical now a days, but when you start finding illegal or fraudulent ways to get money, then that’s bad news. What is even worse is if you’re a part of a fraudulent act without even knowing it! This happens when you happen to buy a set of leads that were obtained by scamming or if you have a list of people whom you didn’t know were part of the Do Not Call list. 

Aside from that, let’s say the leads are real, properly obtained leads. Good? Not necessarily. These leads could have been sold 10 to 20 times before they got to you, do you know who you’re calling now? You’re calling someone who WAS interested in MLM opportunities but is completely sick of the word right now because she has been called and bothered and pestered about it by 10 or 20 people already. Yes, it sounds exaggerated but it happens! 

So with all the obstacles you already have to face since you’re starting out, do you really want to go through all that too? Generating your own leads is not hard, especially after reading the headaches above. There are many easy ways you can generate your own leads and trying some of them out won’t kill you. So give it a try and don’t think about taking the ‘easy’ way out, you just don’t know how difficult that actually is.
