Why It's So Important to Find Your Niche as a Network Marketer
The difference between how I did things before I found my niche and once I found my niche has truly been like night and day.
Since finding my niche as a network marketer, I have discovered a new sense of confidence and renewed desire to achieve my dreams in this industry. I would venture to say that finding your niche, place, what you're good at or whatever you want to call it is as important as anything else in determining the level of success you will achieve in network marketing.
This may seem obvious to many of you, but I still see so many people jumping all over the place and working at things with little to no focus. I mean, I did the same thing for the better part of my first year in this industry. The results were disastrous, and the frustration was agonizing to bear, so I decided to bring up this topic to encourage others to think about it for themselves.
Finding my niche has made all the difference for me. Being comfortable and believing in the approach I've chosen to build my business has affected so many other areas of my personal development.
As a direct result of finding my niche, I've been able to put away my fear of failure, and that has enabled me to accomplish more in the past couple of months than I did in a full year. It's given me the confidence to explore my leadership potential and take massive action to ensure my team and business grows every month.
