This may be hard to swallow for alot of the experts in the field but that is what I want to do is ruffle a few feathers.

There is one action that you should be doing more of than anything else if you want to make big money in this industry. I will start by telling you what you shouldn't be doing. You shouldn't be studing how to become a great copywriter, learning about SEO, becoming a PPC expert, becoming a great article writer, learning how to have the greatest website, becoming a great advertising creator, etc. etc.

Now I know some people will disagree with me and if you are a leader with big results then my only question is how many other people have your same results and have mastered all of these things?

Big money in the MLM industry is based on one thing. The number of people you have in your group. You have a limited amount of time to put money into peoples pockets when they first join or they are gone and they aren't going to make a dime studing all of the tactics above. You will make big money when you have a group of people focusing on the one and only thing that makes money. SELLING PRODUCTS, SPONSORING AND RECRUITING!

The companies and leaders that have the biggest and fastest growing businesses are ones that have people selling products and recruiting new prospects. They have a training system in place that does all the training for them while they focus on getting to the new prospects contacts before the new prospect hears something from them or experiences something negative that will send them on a negative emotional downward spiral. This needs to happen within the first 48 hours. You need to tell your new reps not to talk to anyone about their new business until they have done the one on one training with you.

The one on one training is the time that you will work your prospects business for them for a two hour period and get new prospects into your new reps marketing system/website for them. After this the new rep will be involved in training on driving cold market traffic to his site by a system that does the training for you. The new rep should only be learning one thing at a time and learning it while they are driving new traffic to their site in their warm market and luke warm market. By training him/her on how to get people to his website will now allow two freedoms for you. 1.You will be free to continue to prospect and recruit for yourself and you only spend minimal time training your direct new people on how to do the same. Freeing more of your time.

You should have an ongoing system that does the training for you. Trains on PPC, AdWords, Self Development, Cold and Warm Market Prospecting, Closing, Etc.. You should be spending 80-90 percent of your time prospecting and recruiting. PERIOD!

When you outsource your training and start to build your new reps businesses for them in the beginning you teach them to do the same, they learn what to do first hand and they will have created the best confidence builder for your new rep (RESULTS). Your new rep will have been learning about closing prospects on his first day and by the time his first few prospects have gone through his marketing system your new rep by day 3 is now closing his first prospects versus trying to master every tactic.
