How often do we hear that phrase or something similar?

Zig Ziglar is maybe the most well known advocate of being successful through helping others with his quote:

I found a wonderful You Tube vid recently while I was spending a couple of minutes browsing with a coffee before starting work.

There are plenty of social networks out there these days that offer to pay you in some way for participation.

Is that a bit too cynical? After all we're all here to make money right?

Being green and eco friendly shouldn't be about making money should it?
