Can someone explain to me how and what a podcast is and does. I think they are audio messages and if so what do I do to create one? I see it takes a while to download one.

Today I struggled making a new utube video.  This is the first time I had to start over and over.

I just posted my video I made today (mff lead generator) and updated my pictures.  I wrote two articles in the last couple of days and wrote comments. Listening to calls.
