Your Why Must be more then MONEY Because you are Betting on People

Even when you Have a 5 Pillar Company You Still run into Challenges.  Here is one...

Michael,

I think that I have had my "ah ha" moment.

Everyone can tend to get challenged in ANY business,
especially  network marketing.  Network Marketing more
than others because you are  not betting on a product..
. you are betting on PEOPLE.

When I see the  tendency that some people have to not
move forward with their  lives ... I'll be honest...
It challenged my commitment to Network  Marketing.

I tried to think of logical retention ratios. I tried
to rationalize  "what if's".  "What if I just get 10
good leaders" "What if you do it  this or that way?"

"What about all the people that started being coachable
and then disappear".  During this time I had a moment
that I  think Sarah referred to when I was speaking to
her on the phone a few  months back.

I asked her how she was doing so well.  Paraphrasing
she said, "when  your WHY is more than money, when it's
your gift to the world".

Here is my revelation, " I would help people to better
their lives  emotionally, spiritually, and financially
EVEN IF I DIDNT GET PAID for it".  There is my answer.

I stopped looking at the "what if's" and  DECIDED that
I would do these things for people NO MATTER WHAT, even
if SOME people leave.  These things do not matter when
you are doing  what you were made to do... paycheck or
not... if it's up or if it's  down.

That is my gift to the world. I cannot think of a more
noble, purposeful or significant life to LIVE than
serving humanity and making a difference in other
people's lives.

THAT is the WHY that is needed to make it as a career
in this industry.  I am convinced.

Thank you for delivering the truth, and being wise
enough to stand back and wait for people to "get it".
