Ever buy other people's products?
One area that doesn't get addressed much in the MLM world is the idea of buying other people's products. And yet every company has good products, and usually at least one or two that are unique-their flagship products, as it were. If there is one thing network marketers know, it's that many of the products sold through direct marketing are better than the typical stuff found on retail store shelves. And since no one company sells everything, why don't we buy from each other first?
I buy products from several different companies. The ones that don't have competing products, I join to get the distributor discounts. Others, I become a member and let somebody else make money off me. And I've even been known to buy at full price. I get reishi coffee from one place, cleaning products from another and a health supplement from yet a third company. They are all superior to what I could find in the grocery store. I'm getting ready to purchase some therapeutic magnets next week. I used to be a distributor for that company years ago, but since I am not now, I'll buy them from someone who is.
Why this is such a novel concept, I don't know. But it just makes sense to me. This is one way we can pull together as a community and help support each other- in the pocketbook. Buy from your peers first.
