The Turtle Crossed the Line

For all of you network marketing newbies and oldies that haven't had much success I have good news for you.

Don't quit and keep going even if it seems like a turtle's pace. I signed up for my network biz on March 9th. Did what I was told - you know come up with your 100 contacts etc. I started talking to people but even the people I had been in MLM's with didn't want to hear what I said. They just thought I came up with another get rich quick hair brained idea.

But I kept trying and would just send nuggets to my prospects on and off from that day until this week. I sponsored one new person in my company this week and he sponsored 3 in one day.

I feel like the proverbial turtle that crossed the line. I didn't make millions this week but I did gain some much needed confidence and momentum.

Oh one more thing, I heard on a training call that 95% of network marketers quit the first year. Of the 5% that stay in it - I believe 90% of the obtain their financial goals. Give it a good year before you give up or before you seriously consider joining another MLM.

Just glad I finally made it.
