WHAT DO YOU WANT?

Yesterday while in meditation I was pondering the questions; WHAT DO I WANT? and WHAT AM I SEARCHING FOR? Now I know almost everyone would say, duh that's a no brainer, I want to be successful. I mean you want to be able to build relationships and add value to people's lives of course, which you are expecting to ultimately bring you wealth in some form or another. Does that about sum it up? 

Well I want to pose this nugget of TRUTH, what you are searching for you already possess. Our life's journey is about discovering who we are and what we already have in our HAND! ALL that we seek, and all that our heart desires is already ours, we just need to learn how to tap into the GREATNESS within, and when we learn how to that then and only thEn can we truly begin to LIVE. Our life and happiness isn't going to come from us attaining 'things' whether that be love from relationships, wealth or even success. Just stop and look around at the lives of those who have attained it, and I mean really look at their life. Don't listen to what is said or all the hype, but listen to what their life is saying. Does it seem like they are always striving? or would you say they are at PEACE, or if they have JOY or even if their life is one of REST? Well, I don't know about you but I don't want to always have to continue to strive to attain this 'magical thing', whatever that may be; you fill in the blank, to attain happiness.  

I'm beginning to see that what I truly want is to come fully ALIVE. I don't want to always strive at attaining, and completely MISS out of life entirely! I don't want to just merely exist, or survive the moment; I want to be FULLY engaged in each and every moment. I want to be CONTENT in each SEASON of life, fully enjoying and taking in every moment no matter what it brings. More than that I want to be so grounded and rooted in who I am in Christ, that I am able to joyfully offer my true SELF in every moment; free from every BOUNDARY, every limitation and every mind-set that is not true to me. I want to be fully alive and fully ENGAGED, and I believe that is what God intended for us, when he created us. Why else would he have created this dangerous, mysterious, wonderful and breath-taking environment for us to ENJOY. So I ask again, WHAT DO YOU WANT? and WHAT ARE YOU SEARCHING FOR?

If you TRULY desire the life your heart seeks, you no longer have to strive or search outwardly, because all you seek is already yours. Once you are able to see, hear, receive and truly understand that you will begin to AWAKEN and become alive in ways UNIMAGINEABLE. And when you are able to tap into that life and unleash it then you will begin to LIVE my friend, and in doing so, all that you are 'seeking' will be added to you!
