Why is Network Marketing Build Differently Than any Other Industry?

Suppose you were manager for a large company and your job was hiring people. Your job would be to find the best person for the job right! Not everyone you hire would be in sales right! In the world of network marketing everyone goes to sales no matter your background.

Mr. Gerber wrote a book for small businesses one of the issues for a small business they would like to grow yet they do not have enough income to hire more help so they can grow what is the solution. His suggestion is to find business partners to take over the responsibilities for that job position.

Let’s say someone is great at finances or web design you would have them fill that job even though they are part of your business. What I do is make then independent contractors so they are still part of my business yet they do not own part of my business.

Most network marketing companies teach you to recruit your friends and family into your business. Instead I suggest you share the same distributorship and but each one take on the same responsibilities as you would if you ran any other traditional business.
I meet a gentleman who worked with a telecommunications company where he was earning $3,000,000 per month but that is because he was running his MLM just like if he was Verizon.
