Becoming a Paid Coach... Or Just An Extremely Valuable and Influential Person

Becoming A Paid Coach

When I was in a networking business I did a TON of prospecting on the telephone.

I had to deal with a lot of prospects who were VERY challenging to work with.

I remember my early years--

Talk about frustration!

Many of them had no money.

Others had unrealistic expectations.

Some were just down right depressed.

Others hostile.

Some would talk and talk and talk...
Some were distracted.

Some were really kind people but totally feared change.

Others only needed a nudge. For me to ask one good question that ended up leading them forward THANKING me for the dramatic impact it had on them it.  Wow.

I learned the hard way--and the long way--how to positively influence people; how to change the way they think about things by helping them discover the answers for themselves.

As you know, with Barbara Silva's Coaching Cognition training soon opening up, you'll be able to learn these skills head on, in a safe environment and quickly.

Instead of it taking years it can be learned in months.

These skills will assist you in nearly every interaction you have (in your business AND personal life).

They'll assist you in understanding people in general (helping you in all forms of communication, including emails and copy), and how to lead people to action (key).

They'll assist you in your confidence, competence and how your marketing comes across.

Obviously, they will assist you in succeeding by addressing the "essential list" we've talked about over these last two weeks.

A Safe Environment To Learn To Lead

Just one of the valuable aspects of Coaching Cognition is live role playing.

You'll have lots of opportunities to participate in the LIVE role playing--

This alone can be life-changing... because it's where you learn some of the 'finer distinctions' (AKA, developing a "keen insight"--the first item on the 'essential list').

It may sound scary at first; but in this environment it's actually quite safe and fun--no one is ever put on the spot.

Role playing is an extremely important part of learning at a fast pace.  Because it gives a type of "accelerated experience."

Here's why it's accelerated...

The Impact of a "Real Life" Role Playing Session

When role playing, one "coach in training" will pretend to be a challenging prospect or client.  The other 'coach in training' will pretend to be the Coach.

Interactive discussions among the students and Barbara help the Coaches pinpoint key moments in the conversation where it could move forward, or fall flat.

Ever had a conversation with a prospect or client fall flat or go south when you wanted it to go north?

Imagine holding a compass that you could use during any given conversation and always knowing where north is (moving toward their goals positively).

And whenever your prospect or client goes the wrong direction you're able to ask a question to get them to realize ON THEIR OWN how to correct course so they can achieve what it is they want faster.

You'll have "Influence" with such a skill.

Through role playing with Barbara and the other students, you'll learn to recognize patterns in conversation and what to do to build bridges that lead it forward constructively.

The power comes by learning to recognize the patterns and 'own' the questions that definitively lead someone forward.

One of the role playing sessions I listened to was between Eric Walker and Claire Covington--they were in the first Coaching Cognition training course offered by Barbara.

Here, Eric Walker role plays as the client and pretends to have just signed up in a new opportunity and has very "Unrealistic Expectations."

Claire Covington pretends to be the Coach.

They then discuss the pivotal moments in the conversation where it could go north or 'south' and this is when you pick up the skills.

You'll have access to the recordings of this very role playing session with Claire and Eric, along with many more from the first students who have now graduated from Coaching Cognition.

AND, of course... you'll be able to have 'accelerated experience' of your own by partaking in the new LIVE sessions offered.

In the next two emails, I'm going to answer these two questions

1. "What Does Coaching Have To Do With YOUR Business." (just in case that isn't clear yet)
2. "How Coaching Impacts Your Personal Life"

I'll soon share the details of what is completely covered in this highly in-depth six month course.

In case you missed it, watch what Claire has to say about her experience with the entire Coaching Cognition program.

Hear Eric Walker on Coaching Cognition

We'll be opening this to new students for a limited time in early October.

After that, you'll have to wait until next year to become a coach with us again.

So if you have interest in moving forward fast this year with Coaching, please pay close attention to our emails.

I'll share more details as I have them.

Partners in success,

Coaching Cognition warrants close consideration.

I am so priviledged to know that my name is on the list for Coaching Cognition. I listened to both Claire's and Eric's comments on their experience with the beta phase of this program. I know that their lives are forever changed.
Eric coached me for a season and I can vouch for his very targeted, yet intuitive ability to get to the core of the matter. Eric was able, because of the skills he acquired in Coaching Cognition to zero in on the central area of development need.
I look forward to participating, growing as a person and business owner.
Coaching Cognition warrants your close consideration.

Few Are Ready, And That's OK

Hi Pat,

I've really enjoyed watching your comments develop over the last 6 months--its' reflective of the growth you're obviously experiencing. I'm really impressed by your stick-to-itive-ness (or however one would spell that LOL). Seriously, you're nailing it.

I of course agree with you--Coaching Cognition warrants a close consideration. The reality is few are ready for reality. Most prefer to put their faith into systems and other people's opportunities, rather than into themselves. They're unable to recognize which opportunities are for them or how to capitalize on the ones that ARE.

Those ready to tackle the 'essential' list of skill sets required will find Coaching Cognition a turning point in their business careers.

Looking forward to more from you Pat. It's always a pleasure seeing your face and reading what you have to say!
Mike

Coaching Cognition Streamlines Communication

As a Coaching Cognition coach, I've already experienced, and continue to experience, how role-playing can fine-tune coaching skills so that the client receives our best.
The role-play training allows for peer coaches to guide you thru the best way to direct a client over some pretty rocky paths! By the time you get to the client, or your spouse, family or friends, you have the ability to impact lives...and that's powerful!
I'm so thankful to be a part of this experience. When you change the way you communicate with others, you change everything.

Not Getting Paid to Coach? You're Probably Not that Valuable.

With Coaching Cognition, I learned how to be valuable. I fit myself into the Coaching Cognition platform, and now I'm getting clients sent to me who pay.

Now I can call myself a coach.

Before...

I was one of the people who called themselves a coach.

We see it all the time, it's in their profile descriptions at the Social Media locations. It's sounds similar to this:

"Hi I'm First Last, an internet network marketing coach and consultant. Get coaching from me and I will teach you attraction marketing lead generation so you can leverage the power of the internet to build your online business the most effective way possible."

With so many people saying that, unless you're really IT, you won't differentiate yourself and be an active coach.

Trust me - I went that route for months. Sure, there were months where I'd have a few coaching clients, but nothing predictable.

Then I decided to join Coaching Cognition because I wanted to be a REAL coach, who'd gone through REAL training with a "coach of coaches" who had received REAL coaching training.

That's Barbara Silva. And that's Coaching Cognition.

Upon going through the Coaching Cognition training, my confidence grew, and I realized NOW I'm a real PAID coach.

It's already amazing, the Coaching Cognition platform has been sending me paying clients who already know who I am and want to receive coaching from me.

Amazing Value

I am not a coach...yet. But, I have been coached and all I can say is, wow, what an amazing benefit it has been for my overall focus on where I want to go in my business life. I haven't explored it for my personal life, but...

I just want to send out a huge "thank you" to my coach and to Barbara Silva for putting together this amazing program. This will be so helpful to so many people. I know it first hand.

stick-to-itive-ness to be Real and Valuable

Doubt + Trust = Personal Discovery and Greater Levels of Ultimate Success ---- a great formula you put out there in another piece that applies in many places.

@ Mike, I'm not surprised that you are noticing, but thanks for the acknowledgment. This is just another proof of your authenticity. You are definitely in your power as a mentor and business coach/trainer.

You well know the ebbs and flow of self doubt I have journeyed through. I am finding a centre of strength and absolutely looking forward to working with Barbara and Coaching Cognition to build that out.

Long ago, I learned to trust you. When the systems failed, you didn’t. The kind of authenticity you demonstrate here is a common thread through the years.

Coaching In A New Light

Since I've been part of a wonderful team for the last few months, I am seeing more and more that one person cannot learn everything by themselves. We all need to have someone to go to occasionally that will give us advice and redirect our energies to more productive areas because we lose sight of where we are going at times.
Being coached by someone who is not directly involved by what we have so much invested in gives us a new perspective, one we all need at one time or another to keep progressing and growing.

Developing the essentials.

Thanks Mike. I know we are always looking for the fast way and the best shortcut. I think coaching--both being coached and coaching someone else-is the best "short cut" you can find to success--developing your essential list!! http://www.renegadeprofessionalnews.com/ive-gotta-make-this-work-finding...

Coaching Builds Leaders and Better Teaches

Mike
To be success in MLM it is important to teach our downline, and teach them to teach. I guess we can say teach to teach to teach.
So whether we want to be a paid coach, or not, coaching skill would make us a better teacher.

The coaching is not for free

The coaching is not for free and people get good ideas ans training if they do pay you for the success.
