Powerful women who lead you to success...

The internet business world is growing rapidly, and it started to include an increasing number of female business professionals, who are not only internet marketers but professional speakers, coaches and various services providers.  Every day I see amazing business women on sites as Twitter, Facebook who share t heir knowledge giving away a lot of valuable education. They run and manage their businesses very effectively with that feminine touch that men do not have in the world ruled by businessmen.  As women we find ourselves searching for someone how understands challenges women face daily.

In the past few months I have been fortunate to get to know, to learn and even meet some of the most amazing business women such as Ali Brown with Ezine Queen, Marie Forleo, Felicia Slattery, Maria Andross ("Video Marketing Queen"), Kristin Morelli, Melanie Milletics, Dana Goetz, Maria Porter, Malika Duke and more. They do understand that women want to be accepted in the world that is ruled by men and by becoming leaders in their field they are opening doors to more women becoming successful and creating life they want for themselves.

As a business woman myself I wanted to help female peers and give them assistance in their comfortable environment. One of my niches is immigrant success coaching and meeting Russian women living in US and assisting them in finding a better career, offering personal coaching and just giving an advice based on my 5 years of online experience.  I think that providing the unique service to immigrants, especially women, is very important for their self esteem and an opportunity to see themselves not dependant on somebody else assistance.

I want women to feel good about themselves and what they do because so often women are overlooked and undervalued because in some way we are considered weaker gender which is not the case as we know. I think perception is changing rapidly and I am very happy to see that change occur.

Many women who start an online home business  never had an experience in online marketing. They might have had a great career in the corporate world and some had a six figure income but when it comes to the internet marketing they are left clueless and helpless.  They have a gap in marketing knowledge and very little time.  That is why women want to learn and they are persistent.. Not every woman who enters an online marketing arena becomes successful and I do completely see why.

2. Time

3. Money

4. Lack of marketing knowledge

5. Fear of male competition

I know all these reasons could be considered excuses but that is where they get stuck. I know it. I have been there. I had to overcome that and have a support team in order to pull through the challenges. I did learn a lot from male coaches and I love it. They taught me technical side of running a business and how to run a business without being emotionally attached.

Do you remember that movie with Mel Gibson "What Women Want" . He tried to get into her brain and see how the main character thought, and he was quite amazed that he fell in love with her and her personality.  In the end of the day all women want one thing- security for themselves and their families. They want to have security with their business the same way they felt secure with their job before.

I believe in a personal approach with each person I work with  and get to know them. One of main principles of success that is very profound - Get To Know Your Customers and Clients via special interviews, surveys and one to one strategy sessions.

Women in business want structure, proper training, resources and want to have everything organized well and they still want to have fun along the way.  What women can provide for online communities is their nurturing environment in order to have stability, balance and harmony. It is awesome to see more and more women coming out of hiding and become amazing Marketers in Skirts. 

My current mentor is Ali Brown.. I am a firm believer in her training and here is one of her recent courses she launched that was a huge success.  Her business training takes people from zero to extraordinary income.. I connected with her because her story as a female coach was so inspiring and I could relate so easily to her life and career journey.
