Have you ever wondered why people do what they do. Some people have a job and work for some else all of their lives and wonder to themselves, what I’m I doing here. Others just end up with a job and continue to hold it for years and then just wonder what happened to their whole life.

The worst part is when people just keep complaining day in and day out about their miserable job, and never having any intention of changing it. Is it really that bad of do you like to just hear yourself speak. Some people will never leave their jobs but they talk about it on a weekly basis . That’s where the good old saying Lip service comes in.

Is there a reason why people do this. Who knows but what we do know is some of us need to put our money where our mouth is. If your job id really that bad then find a new one and leave. The other employees will thank you for finally leaving, I’m sure that their sick of listening to you bitch and complain.

If you really want to solve this problem you have to take matters into your own hands. There are hundreds of ways to do this but look at the economy and you should have your answer. The number of people that are starting up a business has skyrocketed in the past year. That’s fine and dandy but what do you do. This is totally up to you.
