Just kidding -- it's not about creating clones or forcing people to do things exactly the way you do -- it's about helping people become leaders. We can help facilitate this by creating simple systems for people to "grow up in," but the bottom line is that, in Network Marketing, we need to cultivate leaders and help them be the best leaders they can be.

This means that we can't expect people to become "mini-me" versions of ourselves.

True leaders will find their own path.

Andre Vatke says it really well:
