Mandura's Compensation Plan: Behind The Smoke and Mirrors

Let's breakdown Mandura's Straight Line Forced Matrix Compensation Plan.  First some commentary...

There is an interesting dynamic to the Binary and Matrix plans these days.  They allow people who are not making any money to feel a sense of success because they have people "on their team".

Binary and Matrix plans give people a neat answer when they get asked, "how is your business going?".  The Matrix wonder kid gets to say something like, "my business grew by 25 people yesterday, alone!".

But what does that 25 people equate to in income?  The answer is more often than not, ZERO.

It's time for a dose of reality.  If you have 1,000 people on your team and you are making $4.76/month in your business, you are not a success in Network Marketing.

Let's take a look at the Mandura plan specifically....

1. How much would you make if you bought your product every month but never recruited anyone yet had $100,000 of volume in your downline?  The answer is ZERO DOLLARS.

It's hype, smoke and mirrors.  It's cool to say that you have a business that does $100,000 in volume, but when you don't make a penny on that business, the coolness will begin to wear off.

2. Does the one line volume help me qualify for rank advancement?

The answer to this question is a little tricky.  Yes and No.  Yes your TV (Total Volume) helps you qualify, but you must also qualify with PV (Personal Volume).  So again, more illusion of success as your TV grows, yet no real reward.

Last word: Trust your own instincts.  If your hype-meter is going off, dig deeper into the compensation plan and details.  Also keep in mind, there has only been one Matrix plan that I know of that has lasted any real time in this industry and if someone answers a "how much are you making?" question with "I have 1,000 people on my time." Run the other way.

No Hype For Me

Ty,

I'm really glad you wrote this article. I have had this discussion with people regarding Mandura's comp plan and other single leg similar plans. I just hate seeing people being taken for a ride that is not going to end in the level of success they expect, because the reality of the comp plan is not the same as what they've been led to believe.

Coming from you, I hope people take this information seriously and spend time looking at the whole picture when they are researching a company and a comp plan.

Peace and Abundance,

No work, no pay

The single-line, forced matrix is NOT a get rich quick scheme. You still have to WORK. No work, no pay. However, with the rate that Mandura is bringing in new distributors, a little work can go a long way. Why settle for getting paid on only 1 leg of a binary system? Besides, the pay plan offers their distributors 7 ways to get paid. How many business models in MLM's have that many avenues of generating an income? The low-cost makes it affordable for everyone. The product IS changing the lives of everyone who uses it.

Please take the time to read ALL of the details in the compensation plan.

In Any Network marketing Business You Need To Work To Get Paid..

Don't be fooled about thinking that in any NM business you'll get paid just for joining and doing nothing. In Mandura it's just the same as any other NM business. People start to see their team volumes grow as soon as they sign up (which doesn't flush month after month) and that together with the reps own personal sponsoring efforts in growing their personal group will get a person a long way. So if you see it from a point of seeing quick results, affordable to everyone and that together with your own recruiting, it's a good business.

I couldn't agree more...

I just couldn't agree more.

The only reason it is attractive is because people think more numbers more money for me :)!!! However, it only increases bonuses when you reach the respective ranks. You make no money just because someone else joined the company under you. No work, no profit - as it should be - but I like to make the most for my efforts, as well as know who is in my company, and no this is not a good way to go about it.
Sorry, just compared to my company I'm not impressed...

Reaching respective ranks

It is a lot easier to reach "respective ranks" when everyone is working together. It is also easier because of the low cost of getting involved. You don't have to become "garage qualified" to earn an income. Unless you are purchasing the product, no one is earning a dime, and because the product is worth the purchase price and people are achieving amazing health benefits, they are far more likely to stay with the company. Which of course leads to a very low attrition rate. It makes sense to me.

oo

this is not so good. I hope people that are there are making some money. I would not want to steer someone into a failed business :)

Steve

I am very good friends with the CEO's brother. He IS making money. So are a lot of people that have never earned a dime in MLM before. Am I? Not yet. I have only been involved for 6 weeks. I have found a company that takes care of their distributors and their customers. They are doing things right. Wouldn't you rather earn a dollar off of a million people than one million dollars off of one person? That is the difference between Mandura and the competition. Send me a private message and I will put you in touch with the money-makers.

RE: Mandura Compensation

Kids,Kids..There is nothing wrong with the Mandura compensation plan. Listen, when you know how to market, it does not matter what business your in, you can build it. If people would spend more time marketing and less time talking about how compensation plans suck, there would be more successful reps in companies.
