I recently fell foul of the decision of my company to use strong arm tactics on all it's consultants to get them to agree yes or no to new terms and conditions. As the management team is how shall we say intimately connected to BN I need say no more than even those we think of as playing a straight bat as we say in England are happy to lob a curve ball no warning. So yes do the above, read the laws of your country, check how if the T&C's are in conflict with laws to protect the little guy against the corporate guy and make notes. Because lets not be naive about this the company writes the T&C's to protect them and throws you the odd bones.
