For many people, the holiday season is a time of great excitement, joy and spending time with family and friends. Its also a time of year when many people over stretch themselves beyond their means physically, emotionally and financially.

January starts a new year numb from the past 60 days of holiday time. People are made to feel so much pressure from gift exchange that it removes the good that Christmas is suppose to be about. I don't want anyone to buy me a gift on a credit card - nor do with out something they need for themselves.
