, 1860-->I thought I would share with you the knowledge I’ve accumulated over the years in food and nutrition, predominantly- raw food.
One of my favourite ways of eating is to follow a raw food diet.
Even if I don’t eat 100% raw, eating 80-90% raw is enough to feel remarkably different.

Personally, I’ve spent alot of time reading about food and nutrition, especially at University where I thought I wanted to become a nutritionist.
Although I no longer want to be a nutritionist, I’ve learned alot of valuable information from all of the reading I’ve done.
Of course with YouTube it’s easier than ever to watch videos on anything from detoxing, juicing, weightloss, raw food recipes and everything inbetween.

Touted as one of the most comprehensice studies ever done on nutrition, this book explains the dangers of increased animal protein consumption and links to nearly all modern disease.
Definitely worth a read!

Crazy raw food, juice fanatic, who could blame him?!
His videos are extremely informative (and addictive) and you’ll quickly see why.
His energy and vibrant personality is a testiment to the raw food diet and lifestyle he leads.
