How do I build an active team for my business?

Update Day 11: I have referred 25 people and received a further 140 people from spillover into my team!

I'm continuing with this diary on RN because I
believe it will help ANYONE out there who wants to build a
customer base or build a team that you can take into ANY
business opportunity and immediately be making serious income online. Why? Because not only will you bring a large team into a business opportunity they will be active, effective andenthusiastic! Because they know right away they will be making
serious income!

That is the aim of RN! On joining RN which is free for 14 days!
You are given various tasks to complete...there is strong
emphasis on growing a team, nurturing the team and helping team
members to do the same. So you will have active members
duplicating! There are lots of fun incentives, like a weekly
contest for money! Top prize my first contest was 300 bucks. You
are competing with a random 20 members for this prize and the top
six get some money! This will put you in profit even after the 14
day free trail...the membership is a one off charge of 25 bucks
after 14 days. The sixth prize was 75 bucks!

Not that you're looking for this but there is also commission
earned once you have built an active matrix 5x3! Unbelievable!

The way I see this working is that it takes all fear out of the
newbie in building a business. For the expert networker it takes
away the frustration of wanting to duplicate oneself and help the
team build a team!

RN offers a large library of resources built by each serious
member (this is one of the tasks)! They are well written and easy
to follow. For the new member they earn points by reading these.
Again incentive to be active, there is an incentive (points) for
taking each step!

So if you are looking to grow an effective, active team that
duplicates or you are looking to help your team members grow an
effective and active team that duplicates you have found the
resource that will help you!
