Think & Grow Rich - Chapter 9- Persistence

Persistence

I have it. My desire is so very intense.
I have a definite goal and I am working a definite plan.
Persistence has carried me onward and upward,
because I have had FEAR to overcome.

In every area of my life, when success came to be:
it was because I had courage and I prepared for
success. When I truly had the burning desire in
my life I achieved victory. When I encounter
defeat, I tend to take it personal. I beat myself up.

But what I do have is the urge to greater effort.
To give in to temporary defeat I truly understand
is to lose the power of persistence. Each day is
a new beginning I have the courage to keep on keeping on.

A list to measure myself.
I have a definite purpose.
I have desire.
Self reliance, it has grown, because I have a team that
believes in me, plugged in I stay strong.
I have a plan, I had much to learn, but I am gaining
a much better understanding.
Accurate Knowledge, yes the plan is sound but I have
been weak in knowledge and understanding. Daily I see
progress and confidence. I am tracking in a journal.
Co-operation, will power and the result is persistence
HAS become habit. My enemy has been fear.

Forced repetition has given me courage.

Next: weaknesses to be mastered.
Of the sixteen, I was weak in organized plans,
focused goals and fear of criticism would paralyze me.
I knew the goals I wanted but my dreams would be put
on hold until everyone else was taken care of and I simmered
with rage and then allowed the water of guilt to kill off
my ambition.

Riches do not respond to wishes. They respond to
a definite plan, backed by desires and constant
persistence.

I must close my mind to ALL negative and
discouraging influences. Plug in to my
master mind group. I knew in the very beginning
and I know now I need my Master mind group support
and strength.

That is my ticket to make life yield whatever price I ask.

Hill give us several examples and the conclusion
of all is: PERSISTENCE, CONCENTRATED EFFORT
and DEFINITENESS OF PURPOSE.

A flame out of the desert that can not be distinguished.
In the beginning, money was power, money was freedom
from fear, money would allow me control of my life. All I
needed was MONEY!

Now I am focusing on me, I will lose the anxiety, stop
holding my breath and turn fear into excitement. To relax
and enjoy all the love, financial abundance and creativity that
is rightfully mine.To FEEL good and have my life go well
all the time. That means NOW, I will find and nurture the
capacity for positive feelings and energy now, rather
than waiting until the longed-for event. Feel it now and it
will expand. I will persist. I am unstoppable.

Thank you Michael and LInda and Master Mind group
for your love and belief and my reward is: a new feeling of
energy and a zest for living.
