Who Loves the "Hammered Red," Mr. Trump?

I've saved the best, (or worst) for first! The uncoachable "Hammered Red." This is a personality that you have to be careful of, the color red, like a warning flag is probably the most difficult person to build a working relationship with. Why is that?

Reds are the know it all, do it my own way types. The are great producers, excellent negotiators, and energetic risk takers. They are leaders, CEO material, they take action, are the most confident and independant perfectionists. They are self starters, but hard to coach on a system, because they know a better way. Only when they fail enough and life steps in and knocks them for a loop, will they stand a chance on cominig around to listen and learn, and use a proven system.

Some of the downsides that make them hard to work with, and hard to duplicate are:

Reds have a huge Ego, they hate to be shown because they know better, they are perfect, and always right. They are domineering and unteachable. There for they are not duplicatable. They can sign up a hundred people in a month, but no one's going anywhere. You can sign them up, turn them loose, and resign yourself to be the sponsor to all the people they recruit, as they will be busy as hell, looking for other Reds!

Like I mentioned before, if a Red gets knocked down enough and beat to the ground, will they stand a chance to rise up like the Phoenix, and become coachable. A good personality for CEO in a Fortune 500 Company, (Donald Trump) but a brick wall in the Network Marketing industry!

A good thing to consider when investigating MLM companies, if the CEO is a "Hammered RED", chances are they have no background or success building a successful Network Marketing organization. Might be a good company to stay away from!
