You Think Greens are Important to your Health? Green Personalities are Important to your Business Health!

There are several different ways to read personalities floating around the ethers, but in this example we'll use four main colors, each with varying degrees and color combinations pattarns that complete each profile.

On the color coded Personality Chart it pays to take a little study time to learn what to expect from and how to work with someone who is a dominant Green type personality. Slow to get started, they will "Rock your Business," once they get their train in motion!

The Green dominant person is the analyticle one who takes a long time studying the in's and out's of the opportunities they're thinking of joining. They call the corporate office and spend a hour on the phone trying to learn the fine details of the company compensation plan. They do thier diligence but to the extreme, and it keeps them from making a decision or getting started, because they just have to get alittle more information before they decide. They have probably already passed on some really sweet opportunities for this reason, they couldn't make up their mind!

They are pessimistic, easily depressed, uncertain and unhappy, their favorite saying is "What ever can go wrong, will go wrong." Once they do get started they continue to analyse every step in training to the umpteenth degree, almost paralysing their business growth from the beginning. It's frustrating to watch!

Their strengths are that they are very organized, good planners, problem solvers, dependable and persistant. They are good at following through with things, and accurate in their work. They get it figured out, and look out, they are unstopable!

A Green personality gets frustrated when working with a Blue, who is disorganized and scattered.

Not so coachable for these reasons, but a Green personality will do great things when they have Blue and Yellow personalities traits mingled in to balance the Green tendencies.

The Network Marketing industry is a funny business to be in, when learning to work with all these different personalities. Unlike many business models, MLM is a people business, and the skills you learn from being in the business awhile will serve you well in all area's of life!
