Is leadership the solution to the crisis?

In some ways, yes! First because as we cannot change the situation all we can do is changing our personal condition and growth. And then.., well, leaders are dfinding ways out !

But we need to be carefull with the whole concept of leadership, specially in network marketing. We know , in this industry, how leadership can be constructive...or destructive. So here is 3 tips to treat leaders as leaders and to go ahead :

1. learn how to recognize "fake leaders"

A tip : when you eet one , or when you listen one in a meeting for instance, you don't feel nothing. These kind doesn't share , they use authority, or dominating position, and most of the time they don't show any personal growth. in attitude or in business results. Empty people and sometimes very dangerous. But they are here. So better to stay away from them.

2. Learn by being in touch with true leaders

Those who have results, able to share real emotions, autentic inspiration, enthousiastic doers, happy to live and sharing their self confidence... Some are "baby leaders", some are "veterans leaders". The best is to get close. To get inspired. And if we said that "message is more important than messenger", it remain that if the messenger is wrong, then  the message doesn't go through... A leader can learn and teach, he can receive, he can share. He is able to grow. And for you this is the way to follow with your efforts in personal development. More you learn , more you grow, and more you get this ability to share and to inspire, and climb the ladder of success along with your desire to share with audiences of dedicated people going bigger and bigger...

3. Go ahead !

learn every day. the stregh of your leadership will come from the sum of knowledge, experiences, results that you've got and produced.This process is in your life style mode. it never end. And remember : whoever is around, whatever happen, the most important is to follow the road that you trace yourself. This is how you will develop your leadership!

Decide to become one yourself

Become a strong one

who talk about crisis? Crisis is a great opportunity.

An opportunity to change, to grow, and to make a difference ...
