Give Them a Fish, or Show Them how to Fish?

Working with a "New Apprentice" today reminded me of the Master Key of any successful Network Marketing Home Business. That being the Proven Duplicatable System.

I could spend hours on end until my 3 phones have all expired their batteries, explaining over and over again to a hundred different people just how one goes about creating an email campaign, or how to write a blog. I could work from the early wee hours in the morning, until my eye's swell shut and my back is locked in a permanent hunch, well after midnight.

I would have to work with my first level people, and their people several levels deep, until I am exhausted from the effort. You can be sure there are very few people who have the ability or desire to work their business on that level. It's a system doomed for failure, not duplicatable, not fun, very time consuming and unprofitable. The system used by the 98% er's!

That's how I used to work my home business, and that's why I didn't succeed in building duplication within my team.

Now all I do is send my new people an A through Z checklist, this is what you do first, then this... There are checks and balances each step of the way, to see immediately if the new associate is on track, or wandering off in the wrong direction. There is a Master Mind Team to plug them into, which gives them a circle of influence to lead them away from negativity.

There are all the tools one needs to succeed in this industry, put together in a systematic orderly fashion, probably less difficult than helping my daughter do her 7th grade history lesson. A proven recipe for success!

It still takes effort, but I now have time for family and play, travel and adventure! How my family hated the old me, forever stuck on the phone, or at my desk, or running off to this meeting or that presentation. The kids missed out on life too, no time for music or sports, or what they wanted to do.

I thought I was doing it all for them, so they could be comfortable and prosper. That's the big MLM LIE you hear so much on the street. The hype and false promises that few are willing to believe anymore.
