What it Takes to Succeed in MLM by Mark Yarnell
To this day, I still believe that Richard Kall was the best mentor in the world of MLM. I still use the many strategies he taught me, including his often-repeated statement:
“You can’t say the right thing to the wrong person or the wrong thing to the right person. Tell your story to anyone who will listen and the numbers will take care of you.”
Many people still believe that they should be out looking for “whales” and “big players,” but that’s never been a winning strategy. Those of us who manage to earn the big checks are always looking for people who are at the right time in their lives to join and participate.
Ninety percent of my lifetime residual income has been produced by a former maid, a former police officer and a former high school musical instrument salesman. The NFL star, mayor, surgeon and lawyer all failed as members of my frontline because they simply weren’t recruited at the right time in their lives.
I personally went from minnow to whale in one year because I was desperate. Look for minnows like me… they might just grow on you.

whales tend to be noncommitted as well. We had one whale come in and reach the top pay level in 2 weeks. No sooner had he done that, he left because of another "paid position" Replicate, and you will succeed
