Do you have Passion for your business?

The other day Tom Pinnock Jr. spoke at our Reliv training. For those of you who don't know Tom is the author of the book, "You Could Be Rich By Thursday."  Great book that talks about network marketing. Tom is also one of the top Ambassadors in Reliv. His passion and love for the Reliv business always come through when he talks. And it is this passion that he has that captures you. You realize that you do have to best nutritional product on the market. I am not here to have a huge debate on who's nutrition is better because I know hands down what you are pushing is no where near the quality of product that we have. DONE!

But when he talks it is this passion that makes me realize I have to continue this same passion to move my business forward. It is this passion and this belief that has people ready to join you in the business. Mike Dillard is right, people don't join your company, they join you. People see what you are doing and they want to do it also. People follow people they trust and people they believe can help them achieve success. Mike calls this the "alpha." As I have started reading and devoloping my leadership skill I see this more and more. This is also made point blank when I hear from those that join me in the business is that they believe me and know that I would not lead them down the wrong path. I have built the relationship and have earn the trust of some very wonderful people. I am honored to work with them.

If you want to expand and grow your business fast then you need to be the leader. You need to lead with belief and not be afraid to go out and share your business or product. If you have passion then people will listen. Whether they join or not is up to them. Don't go cult like on people but don't let them second guest you. If you feel they are being negative... walk away. You don't have to listen to them tell you that your business is a joke. You don't want this person taking your product or in your business anyways. Who wants to be surrounded by all that negativity???

Take a moment and invest in yourself and your business. Grab a copy of Mike Dillards, "Magnetic Sponsoring."  It will be the best investment in your education.
