Search Engine Optimization Training for "Non-Techie" Network Marketers

In my 3 years of experience in online marketing in the home based business industry I’ve come to a few important conclusions about traffic and lead generation.

First of all, all web traffic is certainly NOT created equal. I’ve done pay per click advertising on both google and facebook. Google PPC was a bit more expensive but I found that it was also higher quality.

That makes sense, right?

If someone is actively searching for something, they are seeking a solution to a problem. If you can time it right, you can be that solution and answer to their problem. Many people are willing to pay to have their problems solved and the bigger the problem, the more you can charge for the solution.

With social media, no one is actively searching for an answer to a problem. They are kinda just hanging out therefor there is a little more “guess work” in providing solutions for them. It’s hard to be the answer to someones prayers if you don’t know what they are praying for.

And two, I don’t have to fully understand something to make it work for me. I’ll be the first to admit that I don’t really understand the inner workings of SEO. Nor do I want to. I have many nerdy friends and business partners who love it. They love it! They love figuring stuff out and understand what the google gods want and thats great for them. I will let them figure it out and simply learn from them once they have figured it out.

My basic understanding of search engine marketing has allowed me to dominate keywords in my niche. I’ve had times where I’ve owned 7 out of the top 10 positions on google for highly traffic’ed keywords in my industry. It did take time and persistence and trying many things that failed. In this post I’m going to go into some of the things that i’ve figured out a long the way about search engine marketing and give you access to many of the tools and training resources that have brought be the best results. I will also point to a few search engine optimization training videos to help you increase your knowledge. Engine Optimization Training – My 3 favorite SEO tools

Market Samurai - This is the search engine marketers best friend. It is one of the best keyword research tools on the market and the features are incredible. Again I’m not an expert on market samurai but I know enough to get results using it which is not hard. My favorite feature of MS is the “SEO competition” feature. I can put in a keyword I’m trying to rank for and find out who I’m competing against for the top positions and what I need to do to outrank them. I can also find which keywords I have a chance at competing for and which ones are a complete waste of time. I will gladly pay the $97 price tag for market samurai as it saves me a ton of time and energy.

TribePRO – This is a brand new tool that myself and some of my friends have been using with EXPLOSIVE results. We have team members who are climbing to the top of google page one within HOURS of posting content into tribepro. This tool is designed using the “tribe” concept which is simply, lets help each other out so we can all be more successful. Members share each others content with their social media followings and social bookmarking accounts. In return they post their content and it gets shared by other members. Article Robot – I’ve only just recently started using this tool and I love it. I can post an article to thousands of article directories for massive amounts of back links. I can even submit my content to ONLY sites with high page ranks, (the higher the page rank of the site that is linking back to your site the more google likes you). It creates the accounts for you so you dont have to take a week to set up accounts on thousands of directories and once it is set up, you are good to go. Start getting a ton of high quality backlinks that will skyrocket your content to the top of google page one!
