Do Protein Shakes Work?...Only Billions In Sales But Those Are Just Numbers!...


Do-Protein-Shakes-Work?….Hmmmm….

I don’t know…Do they?..

Well let’s take a look at a few thing’s about this subject first. I’m talking about this subject today because I don’t know how many times I was working out, at the gym, hanging out with friends or even just out and about, where some person asks me if I drink them and if they work?…

“Do-Protein-Shakes-Work” they ask me….

How about you get more specific buddy? Work how? Like make you fill out your little 8 year old brother’s baby gap shirts?…

…Because that’s a definite YES then…

WELL…

I dont know actually anymore, with the way these kids eat now-a-days…8 year old’s are like mini linebackers walking around with spongebob pj’s and pokemon underwear on…

I’m going to keep it short and sweet for you guys out there with this common question ok?!

Protein shakes have pretty much 1 purpose.

To fuel your body and muscles with fast absorbing amino acids formed together that make up the cell body of a “protein”…which if anyone who knows even the slightest bit about building muscle is what helps your muscles recuperate, grow, repair and feed off of…

That doesn’t answer my question Anthony…I want to know…Do-Protein-Shakes-Work?

Hold on, I’m getting there…Here’s some “protein knowledge” first!

Protein shakes are normally made up of the following:

1) Whey

2) Egg

3) Milk

4) Soy

5) Casein

** I could actually go on and on about this and really get technical about this subject but that does you as viewers no good or myself, because let’s face it, people just want to know if it’s going to do what it’s suppose to….that’s it!!!

Protein shakes are used for meal replacements, snacks, post-workout recovery, and even for certain nutritional needs.

If your working out, exercising of different kinds, playing sports or just really active…Your body needs protein to recover, just like you need water for hydration and electrolytes to restore certain nutrients your body loses when you sweat…

If your working out hard with resistance training especially, and breaking down muscle tissue from all the weight-lifting…Then YOU MUST BE GETTING PROTEIN on a daily basis in order to get your desired results…
