Most people are afraid of the unknown, so they compromise with FEAR and they GIVE IN.
If they happen to gain enough courage and actually take the leap...
Most will feel it out. Go slow. Just to be sure things will be okay, but that makes
the entire effort worthless.
WHY?
Because only MEDIOCRE results will come from approaching things with a "tip-toe, I hope I don't wake anybody" attitude!
They wanna play it SAFE, so they let the competition go first, to see what happens, then they follow along if it works.
.......... But that's Boooring! ..........
DOERS leap into the unknown at FULL SPEED with all the enthusiasm they can muster!
NO COMPROMISE!
DOERS know that in order to pull off miracles, you gotta do it all full speed!
"Doers" --- DO!
People who move on fear, sit on the sidelines in awe of the "doers", and say...
"HEY, DID YOU SEE WHAT THAT GUY JUST DID!"
"THAT WAS AWESOME!" ------- WOW! -------
"I WANNA BE LIKE HIM!"
You're probably scared to make a mistake, so you're still sitting back and waiting for the planets to miraculously align and cash to fall outta the sky, but I've got answers...
TRUTH:
If you're scared to lose, you'll never win!
Without failures, we as human beings don't learn anything.
And it doesn't matter whose failure it is...
Yours, mine or someone else's.
Either way, you can learn from the mistake or failure and carry that information with you as a road map of WHAT NOT TO DO, or...
HOW TO DO IT DIFFERENTLY!
See...
What you really wanna do is fail fast and cheap.
Fail in a way that doesn't kill you.
This is the only way to learn what works and what doesn't.
Because the reality is that you're going to make some wrong decisions.
The solution is to make them fast and make them cheap, so that you can afford to absorb the losses and reach success quicker!
Besides...
If you never make a move into the unknown, people won't remember you.
You'll never accomplish anything great!
No reasonable person ever made a Billion dollars!
You need to be a little wild.
A little crazy.
You gotta want stuff!
Wanna do stuff!
Wanna give stuff!
Because otherwise, why do you want money, a better life, more time for you and family, etc?
Probably because somewhere along the road, you GOT SCARED and developed "tunnel vision".
You got comfortable and got stuck.
NO OPTIONS!
NO FLEXIBILITY!
Why?
Because you only see ONE WAY of doing things and you say NO to every other OPTION that comes your way.
Why?
Because you think you'll get hurt if you step outta your box.
You might lose.
You might get laughed at.
And God forbid, you make a mistake.
Lose a little money and live and learn...right?
Because that would be painful.
Sound like you?
Probably.
But I'm here to tell ya...
I was able to quit my job in (9) short months, after being broke and in a ton of debt, because I didn't compromise.
I went at this at FULL SPEED because I'm a doer!
I don't wait for others to test the waters.
I jump in and cannonball, baby!
I don't have time to be safe.
That's boring.
I wanna make history!
I "JUST DO IT" --- thanks NIKE!
I play like a champion. No excuses!
Because that's how you get things done.
That's how you become a super success.
That's how you step up and claim your share.
By DOING!
