Practice makes Perfect!

I recently read about what it means to become "persistent" in the book, "Think & Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill and wanted to share my thoghts of what it means to be "persistent".
It seems to me, persistence is a finely “tuned” art of acting upon specific thoughts on a reoccurring basis. In other words, I believe persistence is the ability of putting forth consistant effort to achieve what you desire most. Persistence comes in many forms; whether it comes in the form of studying a certain subject until you feel you comfortably understand it, or practicing a certain skill until you become proficient at it. ( …or stalking for that matter!)
Until now, I never thought of myself as persistent. Not that I’ve mastered it by any stretch of the word, I still have a lot of work to do. (enter “Doogie Howser M.D" theme song here!) LOL!

Persistance
Is what you get from doing things over and over again fine tuning your actions to get the goals you have set forth in you life. You must have a strong buring desire to acheive these goals along with presistance.
Self Confidence
Practice is great to give yourself the self confidence you need to achieve your goals! Man, there's nothing like feeling great about the presentation you have worked on!
Whether it is a somewhat complicated compensation plan, or part of a presentation that is just kind of icky to get through, if you've practiced and feel confident, it's going to be a success!
