A SIGN UP is simply a HOT LEAD

People get excited when they find someone who signs up for their opportunity and then drop in disappointment when that samke person in less than amonth fades away and doesn't do anything.  To minimize this, one of the main things you need to realize is that a sign up is merely a hot lead.  When they sign up, the pursuit doesn't end, it is when the real support and communication begins.

A new sign up is simply someone who is saying I am very interested in this and I HOPE IT WORKS.  A team member is someone who is actively building the business and KNOW IT WORKS.  The best way to turn a hot lead into a team member is help create success quickly.  A sponsor actively helps the person with their initial contacts and is active on getting those first leads started.

They really aren't a team member until they have their own story to tell.
