Edification will create momentum like no other.  A friend told me about a time he met a famous athlete and went up to him and told him how amazing his partner was, the athlete was compelled to meet his partner and his partner could only sing praises for the original guy.  By the end of the night, the athlete approached both of them and said,"I don't know what you do, but I want to find out...I like what I see in you two."

Build up your team and watch people come to you.
