Once you hit momentum and hyper growth, you will soon realize the personal touch you did at first will not work anymore. If you were resistant to the simply duplicatable models offered by your company or system, you will soon realize the beauty of simplicity.
Your sanity will come if you move from recruiting to replication. I realize you are confident with your skill level, but unless you can duplicate it, you haven't worked yourself out of a JOB, just created another one.
