This is the 72nd day of my experiment. Today's tithe money is going to go to the Mercy Corps.
"Mercy Corps exists to alleviate suffering, poverty, and oppression by helping people build secure, productive and just communities." —Mercy Corps. So, $7200 to the Mercy Corps to help them in their mission and give back to the world.
The rest of the money is going to go toward the building of the school in Ecuador. We are going to pay $64,800 towards the payment for the building. I want to have no debt for the school when they open. I also want to hire a bus to come and pick them up. I should not have to spend more than $14,800 for a bus, so the rest of the money will go toward paying the building off!
