The Most Important Aspect of Internet Marketing


We are constantly inundated with new techniques we need to learn to have a successful business online. SEO, Social Media, Syndication, Blogging, Pay Per Click Advertizing, Solo Ads, Video Marketing, Forum Marketing, Content Marketing and the list goes on. There are hundreds of useful and effective strategies out there and you can have success with any combination of them. One is generally not better than the other. The overlooked variable to this ever changing equation is YOU! At the end of the day this business is about connecting with people effectively and helping other people when you can.

Whether you are a guru or on day one, you have a unique perspective and some knowledge to share. The most important aspect of your marketing business is connecting with PEOPLE and using whatever advantages you currently have to benefit others. We learn by teaching and progress quickly this way. So many people want the fast track, the quick fix and are trying to receive something they haven’t earned yet. It’s no wonder that this industry boast such a high failure rate. Most people are unwilling to work on the most important aspect of the business. Themselves.

We do not buy into opportunities. We buy into people and the idea that they can help us achieve your goals. If you don’t believe this, then ask yourself why you started in this industry in the first place. That being said you become more valuable by helping other people get what they desire. You must know what someone desires before you can help them. You must TALK to them before you can know what they desire. If you cannot talk to people and figure out what makes them tick then its not likely you can help them improve their life. Very simple idea here but it seems to me that a lot of marketers are missing this concept completely and still can’t figure out why they haven’t achieved the results they are looking for.

Learning new techniques is obviously necessary.  We must  have a system to market ourselves. Also, the more we understand about different ways to market the more valuable we are to other people and the more opportunities we’ll have to help people learn. If you market yourself as salesman for a company you’re losing a great chance to share some knowledge and branding yourself as someone who just wants my money.

This business rewards those who selflessly help others without exception.   Work on yourself and how you interact with other people and your business will follow. People will notice your improvements and new doors will open. Garanteed!
