What to know when you stop taking vitamins and red grape jucie

I was out of my vitamins and red grape jucie....

Which was not good.. I didn't feel like doing anything or going anywhere......

Plus I was sleeping more then normal. Let me tell you alittle secert I have had M.S. for 20 years now and I have not found any thing to help me when I need help... But now I have and know what I need to keep going besides theropy..I need my red grape juice to keep going... I also got my girlfriend on it too.....She didn't take it for a bit either and has felt the same way.... The more we take it the better off we are...So like I said in my other blog the more you know what it can help you with the better off you are.. I have sent all my finding to all my doctors and they are going to strat to get some of the red grape jucie too....They don't like giving pills to  other pepole so they are going to give them the red grape jucie and see how they respond on it too..Like me and my girlfriend has been doing..He liked the way my blood presure was down with no meds at all.....plus my Blood work came out normal and better then ever.. plus they found no cancer either which is a good thing for me.Being cancer is the number one killer in my moms side of her sister's are dieing from...So I was very Pleased about that...I even like the way it makes you feel and lets you be pill free.. You Know taking alot of meds in pill fourm is not good for you...My husband is very sick and was taking alot of pills a month when I say alot I mean like 28 pills a day and 7 at night time....Now he is taking no pills at all. He is taking the red grap jucie and all his vitamins he needs today...Plus he has lost over 165 pounds in a year and three months..He is shooting for another 100 pounds to come off before next dec.. So the more you take the better off you are...So send me a message and I will tell you what the secert is...Plus make your life a better one to boot...
