The Body By Vi Challenge, The reason why I took the challenge.

Being a single dad of three amazing kid's I developed a very strong Why!! to begin my personal transformation. to loose the weight and to develop a business and work part time towards my future fortune. The Vi life the training the development the strength of my upline have all given me the courage to embark down my journey. I have a 14 year old Son Justin who is about to graduate from Junior High and he is my best friend and such a pleasure he brings me home Honor Roll Report cards and is such a great help and example for his siblings. Next is my Princess Rachelle 10 year old super girl a loving and serving spirit who strives for health and activity and best friend to her little brother Nathan. My superman, he has been through 21 major surgery's he was born a very tiny sick little boy born with half his heart parts missing and was immediately scheduled to have a life saving heart surgery at the age of 17 days old. He has had a Skull and brain surgery to relieve pressure on brain and to repair a twisted skull. His ear drums had ear tubes installed and have to be changed frequently. He was born with a cleft pallet and had that surgery when he was 4 months old. All of the materials in his heart rebuild are non living tissue so as he grows he has to have repeat heart surgery's to replace the non living parts. He is the so happy so active he brings joy and courage to me everyday. Two years ago my ex wife ran off to New York and abandoned the kids and I proudly became a full time dad. I had over the last 6 years put on a lot of weight on and was knocking on the door of a wide range of obesity related diseases. I started my 90 day challenge using the Body By Vi Shake and nutrition plan mixed with a increase of exercise from 0 times a week to three times a week but I work so much as a heavy equipment operator that I get to the gym when I can and I try to stay active around home as much as possible. Been on the challenge for just over 30 days and I am down 27 pounds, started at 308 and could not face the world and now full of zest and zeal for life. The two best improvement's in my life since drinking the Vi Shakes is that I am for the first time in 9 years able to sleep through the night. I suffer from sleep apnea and for years have never been able to sleep for more then 4 hours at a time always tired, always nodding off, snoring terrible. I am much more energetic I am not nodding off I am charged with a passion to continue on my Transformation my goal is to loose 50 pounds on this current challenge and 80 pounds over the next two to three 90 day challenges! The second improvement to my life is my superman little Nathan has ciliac disease and is quite tiny and with all that he can not eat he is a food fuse for eating anything else. He has been on Boost drink ensure drinks high protein shakes. He has hated them all but he loves the body by Vi shake with all the fun ways you can get creative adding fruit and other great things he is getting the best balance of nutrtion in his life. Thanks to all the Leaders at Visalus Sciences and for developing the community of Body By Vi, where it is truly capable to find your why and commit to making a major transformation in your life over come fear and take action to live the greatest life possible for the ones that you love! Oh and The world's largest flash mob Ryan Blair, Blake Mallen, and Nick Sarnicola thank you for having the vision to make Vi life be fun.
