Today’s post is about why the network marketing industry is attracting mothers all over the world.

Many moms are moving away from the traditional choice of corporate america and are gravitating toward the network marketing industry.

In today’s seemingly stressful work place environment many women are looking for other ways to make a living.

What Makes The Network Marketing Industry So Attractive For Moms?

One of the reasons that I decided to pursue network marketing was because I was tired of the “awkward silences” that would take place when I had to call out for my kids if they were ill. I also didn’t like how I was always tired after coming home from work and that I hardly had any time to spend with my family.

Many women are leaning more towards the network marketing industry because of the time freedom that it can provide, you see it isn’t just about the money, because you can make a boatload of money in corporate America and still be tired out, stressed out and bored to death only to come home and have a few hours left to spend with your children.

Many moms are also attracted to the network marketing industry because of the potential to make a really good living at it. What’s really appealing to most moms is the fact that they don’t have to quit their day job, they can start on their network marketing business part time in the beginning and choose to later go full time if they want.

I know for me that I was really getting tired of just not really living up to my potential, not really fully digging into what I knew was my calling. Now that may sound corny to you, but it’s really how I felt. I knew that I was meant to do more than just sit behind a desk all day, especially at a job where I felt like I wasn’t serving anyone. This is not to discredit people who have a desk job, if you’re the type of person that absolutely loves a desk job and you’re happy with what you do then I applaud you. For me, I was waking up everyday going to a job that I hated and that I knew was just something that I couldn’t do for the rest of my life.

Another reason that prompted my entry into the network marketing arena was because I was laid off from work TWICE..yes not once but TWICE and I was THROUGH…with having to depend on job decide what my future was going to be.

Two years ago I had the distinct pleasure of being interviewed by Amy Starr Allen, coach, successful network marketing business owner and author of the book MLM For Mom – Why Network Marketing Is A Natural Fit For Mothers.

In this book I get a chance to share some more intimate details about what it really means to be to be a mom and be in the network marketing industry and how when I made the decision how it changed everything for me and my family.
