What is email marketing?

Have you heard of email marketing? Do you know why you use it? How it benefits you and your business?

How do you keep your product and brand in front of people if you are not talking with them every day? The best thing about email marketing is that you have the opportunity to share information with your team and people that want to hear from you. Share content... not just products/business. 

Rules you must follow if you want to be successful with email marketing.
#1. DON’T SPAM YOUR EMAIL LIST!
#2. Only email value to your list. Give them a reason to open your email.
#3. Be yourself and relate to your list… keep the email in the 1st person. Write as if you are only talking to one person.

I am sure you have a company site, but how are you staying in touch with those leads? Are you able to build a relationship with them?
When you have your own list, you are controlling your future and becoming the leader.

Recommended email marketing company: Aweber
I have a few favorites that I use but I really like the graphics and ease of using Aweber.
They have great technical support and lots of videos to show you how to set up your account. They really keep it simple.

If you are serious about using online marketing, you have got to build your list and keep in contact with those that have trusted you enough to give you their email address.
