Who Do Your Recommend On Elance.com?

So who do you recommend on elance.com? I just recently got on this site and have had some very successful projects completed but I wanted to get your opinion. Do you use different companies based on what you want? Do you stick with the same company? Do you have someone that you love, that writes amazing copy?

I am curious about your experience on this site. Go ahead and share your thoughts or who you think is the best on elance.

Do you have some best tips or practices for finding out who to pick for a project?
