This is the method I use to promote for free.First I build a downline in these surfing website so to become self sufficient. All of them are Free to join and I’m constantly adding members to them to increase my promotion.I use the following.

I usually send this as an e-mail to my downlines and all they have to do is put their links in and do the same to build a steady flow of visitors. Hope you find this info useful!
